For us, being a responsible business means that we operate with integrity, transparently and determination. It involves creating a culture for our employees that is inclusive and inspiring. It allows us to deliver bespoke and convenient services for our clients, while supporting the profitable growth of our company.
These allow us to make a positive contribution to society, both through the services we provide, as well as through our community programmes. Further, it gives us the opportunity to work collaboratively with our business partners to support their own CR agendas.

Responsible business practices
Ethical standards:
Our reputation for integrity is one of our most important assets. We hold ourselves to high business standards that not only meet those required by the laws and relevant regulations, but also to our principles.
To us, integrity is essential for both, our business decision making and the conduct of our employees.
We have zero tolerance in relation to illegal or unethical conduct and this is articulated in our relevant policies. Our policies explicitly prohibits any transaction, which could constitute a bribe or a corrupt payment to or from a public official or body, or a private entity or individual. Our policy applies to our employees and to those who represent us, including any business partners who operate on our behalf.
Through our risk management framework, we ensure that we identify, assess and mitigate against potential risks which could affect the growth of our business.
Running a resource-efficient business
We take a proactive approach to good environmental management. We know that our environmental performance is important to our clients, our employees and other stakeholders and can create financial savings to support the long-term sustainability of our business.
As a predominately office-based business, our main environmental impact comes from carbon emissions generated from energy use in our offices and through business travel and so this is where we concentrate our efforts. We also attentively manage our resource use and waste management, where possible.

We create value for our clients by delivering what they expect in the most convenient way, making processes smarter and customer experiences better. We do this by using smart technology and the skills and expertise of our people and
